I earned my master's degree (M.Ac.) in acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a leader in wellness based medicine, as well as the first accredited acupuncture school in the United States. I am also licensed to perform acupuncture by the state of Connecticut (L.Ac.). Being designated a Diplomate in Acupuncture means that I have passed the national acupuncture boards and I am certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). In addition to my acupuncture degree, I hold a bachelor's degree from Boston College and a master's degree in piano performance from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
My Treatment Approach
I believe that each person is a unique individual, not merely a collection of symptoms to be fixed. To that end, I take the time to talk with you and truly listen to you to understand what makes you unique. I am committed to helping you achieve optimal health and balance in your life.
