Judith Woolf M.Ac., L.Ac.,
Diplomate in Acupuncture
I believe that each person is a unique individual, not merely a collection of symptoms to be fixed.
To that end, I take the time with each of my patients to understand what makes each person
unique so that I might address all aspects of an individuals life. You can rest assured that each person in my treatment room is truly heard. It is my commitment to help each of my patients
achieve optimum health and balance.
I earned my masters degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health in Laurel Maryland, a leader in wellness based medicine as well as the first accredited acupuncture
school in the United States. Additionally I am certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and I am licensed by the state board of Connecticut.
In addition to my acupuncture degree, I hold a bachelor's degree from Boston College and a Masters Degree in Piano Performance from Rice University in Houston Texas.
The M.Ac. after my name refers to the masters degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health. The L.Ac. refers to the fact that I am licensed by the state of Connecticut. The Dipl. Acu. means that I have passed the national acupuncture boards and thus I am certified by the NCCAOM.
